If you are still unclear on your pick up time and location, go to our Pick-up Schedule, choose the closest pick-up location to your accommodation, and then email us with your preference.

How to contact us: Call us during office hours 8:45am – 2:45pm Monday – Friday. Or email us with your inquiry, booking requests and booking details if you need to change your booking or cancel, and one of our team members will get back to you within 24 hours.
After hours: If you need assistance with your last-minute bookings, confirmations & pick-up options, last minute cancellations and are outside of our office hours please email or leave a voice message. One of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Do I need a National Parks Pass?
A valid park pass is necessary for entry into all of Tasmania's national parks.
We provide entry into the South Bruny National Park if you don't have a valid pass. Just let Nour guide know on the day.
