Hounds Tooth Whisky – This single cask malt whisky is handcrafted on Bruny Island, Tasmania, in the Southern Hemisphere. Our distillery and bond store sit above Bligh’s Rocks, in clear view of Hounds Tooth Rock, located off the coast of Adventure Bay.

Distillation takes place in a Tasmanian-made copper pot still and the resulting spirit is then matured in small, locally made Port or Sherry, French Oak barrels

The warm amber hue is created by time and charred oak , Nothing more.

Bruny Island Honey – Bruny Island Honey is a family owned and operated apiary business, from around 400 hives on the island, they have been collecting honey for over 20 years. The bees are moved around the island at different times of the year to follow the nectar flows: Prickly Box in the North; Manuka around the Great Bay, Neck area; Bush honey all over, depending on the flowering of the eucalyptus, and; Leatherwood from Mount Mangana. Enjoy a tasting of some of their delicious honey’s and mustard’s, even sample some of their natural skin care products made with their honey during our Bruny Island Safaris day tour.
